As an award-winning wedding photographer based in NYC, I’ve had the honor of capturing countless beautiful moments at this iconic venue. If you’re considering Tribeca Rooftop for your special day, don’t miss this Stylish Black-Tie Wedding at Tribeca Rooftop.
Tribeca Rooftop is one of my favorite wedding venues in NYC. It’s a chic/industrial venue located in the Tribeca neighborhood. What to Expect from Tribeca Rooftop Wedding Venue
Tribeca Rooftop provides a full wedding day experience. With professionals handling every aspect of the planning and execution, things are sure to go off without a hitch. Included in your booking will be a full dinner menu, an open bar, a custom-made wedding cake, personalized decorations, any tables and chairs that are needed, the private venue with the open rooftop, the indoor dining area, and the huge cherrywood dance floor.
All of the necessary staff from chefs, waiters, bartenders, attendants, event managers, and more will be provided by the venue. Everything will be taken care of in-house so that you can focus on enjoying your day while the professionals handle all of the logistics.
Outdoor/Indoor Wedding Ceremony
The 14,000 sq ft rooftop is of course where the name Tribeca Rooftop comes from. This space gives you the opportunity to say your vows with parts of the iconic Downtown Manhattan skyline in the background with the One World Trade center towering above the surrounding buildings. The outdoor seating area for your ceremony can accommodate up to 300 guests. The space allows for about 720 guests when set up for a cocktail reception.
The indoor portion of the venue is a 15,000 sq ft space that can be customized and decorated to meet the needs of your event. For indoor wedding ceremonies, the indoor space can accommodate 325 seated guests. The 25 ft glass atrium means that you still get those stunning downtown views even if you aren’t on the roof. The 1,100 sq foot dance floor made of bright cherrywood provides a great space to dance the night away with family and friends.
In the event of rain or inclement weather that keeps us off of the roof, you are able to move the ceremony to the indoor dining room. You won’t have to stress about the logistics since the on-site event managers will handle all of the coordination with any outside vendors that you bring in for the event. The private entrance and private elevators will allow your guests to easily make their way into the venue after using the optional valet service.

Food at Tribeca Rooftop
Tribeca Rooftop offers full food and beverage services. There are options to have a cocktail hour which will be passed out among the guests Butler-Style. There are cocktail stations where guests can receive any of the offerings that they would like. Dinner will include a first course, usually a fresh salad depending on the season.
The main course will be a perfectly executed entree and is followed by a dessert course in which the main star will be the custom wedding cake that is included in your event price. Smaller desserts such as chocolate-covered strawberries or lemon raspberry tarts will be displayed on each of the tables.
The premium open bar, all of the tables and chairs, and all necessary staff will also be included in your event package. You are able to provide your own caterer if you wish but they must be Kosher.
Locations for a Photoshoot Near the Venue
Tribeca is an acronym for Triangle Below Canal Street, which is an area in Lower Manhattan in New York City bordered by Canal Street, West Street, Chambers Street and Broadway. The neighborhood has the architectural beauty of Soho without endless crowds of tourists. Among photographers Tribeca is famous for its cobblestone streets, iconic Staple Street, high-ceiling lofts and black fire escapes. The good news is that all of these places are within walking distance from Tribeca Rooftop which makes it convenient for planning your first look or/and portraits there.
