   Tribeca Rooftop has enough space for up to 720 individuals (cocktail) and 150-325 guests, in case you are going for a seated ceremony. There is a 15.000 square foot event space and a beautiful glass-enclosed atrium. Take advantage of the high ceilings, a pinspot lighting system, and the enormous dance floor.

How to Get a Marriage License in New York City
