  1. Roxbury Barn and Estate

    Onteora Mountain House was built back in 1928. It is located right in the middle of the Catskill Mountain Preserve, only 8 miles from the legendary Woodstock. The venue has an incredible panoramic view of the mountains and is surrounded by lush forests.

    Onteora Mountain House accommodates up to 180 individuals. The lovebirds can say ‘I do’ on the stunning 90-foot deck, in front of a dramatic backdrop. The terrace and the Adirondack-style house are perfect for the cocktail hour, while dinner can be enjoyed at the spacious heavy-timber pavilion. The venue does only one wedding at a time (on Saturdays or Sundays) from May through October.

  6. Hayfield

    Hayfield is located in a stunning mountain valley (and at the highest elevation in the state!). The two old barns were fully restored. However, the rustic charm of the place was preserved. An actual hayfield is, possibly, the main star of the venue. The couple can exchange vows in the middle of the field and then relocate to the Prairie Barn (the indoor space has a 35’ ceiling) and the English Frame Barn.

    In case you want to go for a sit-down dinner, Hayfield can easily accommodate 120 people. But if you decide to rent a tent, you will be able to invite up to 150 guests. The venue is surrounded by incredibly picturesque places. Whenever you are free, you can go for a hike and take some marvelous shots in front of the tallest two-tier waterfall in the state.   7. Blenheim Hill Farm

    Blenheim Hill Farm is a charming farm in the picturesque Catskill Mountains that was founded in the 1740s. The venue has been hosting weddings for over 15 years. The 150-acre property can become a lovely setting for your big day.
