North Shore Wedding

The North Shore, also known as the Long Island Gold coast – is an area along the North coast of New York bordering the Long Island Sound. The first thing this area is associated with is rich, luxurious estates and cottages. Undoubtedly, the Oheka castle occupies one of the central places on the tourist list. This amazing restored building was originally owned by a wealthy financier and served as a venue for a huge number of receptions. It is a surprising fact that the writer F. Scott Fitzgerald used this landmark as the inspiration for his book The Great Gatsby. On an ordinary day Oheka is a high-level hotel not only with a bar and restaurant, a fitness center and a library, but even a Charlie Chaplin room.

Even the most demanding gourmet will be crazy about the delights of local cuisine. Of course, sea delicacies take the first place among the popular dishes in the menu of establishments. For example, in the Inn at Fox Hollow – a luxurious and stunning hotel, it is possible to enjoy the taste of dishes expertly prepared by the chef and his high-class team. A variety of wines will win with its wide selection! Therefore, without a doubt, the North Shore is a good place to hold your event or celebrate an important day in an atmosphere of wealth and luxury.

North Fork Wedding

If you search for a romantic vacation or a family weekend, then North Fork, with its undeveloped farmland, vineyards and charming villages, is a great option! During the summer and fall months of the year, the travel season reaches its peak. You ask why? It’s simple! After all, at this time, the wineries are working at full capacity. If you do not like crowded, but the spring months will be ideal for you, when favorable weather gives sunny days and the vine begins to bloom.

The start of exploring wineries, fertile farmland and the oyster coast begins in the quaint streets of Greenport, a 19th-century whaling village that became the unofficial capital of the region. Updated hotels by the sea and many restaurants have turned the former harbor into a hot spot with a full range of modern services. If you prefer minimalism, stay downtown at American Beech, a stylish 19th-century boutique hotel in historic Stirling square. Gabled ceilings, metal beds and countertops in the rooms also highlight the voice of the era. On sunny days, take a seat on the umbrella-strewn deck for a sunset aperitif by Barba Bianca, then sample Italian delicacies such as spaghetti with crabs and zucchini flowers with anchovies.

South Shore Wedding

The South Shore of Long Island, located in New York state, is an area along the Atlantic Ocean coastline on Long Island. This is a wonderful place, with its amazing atmosphere! Here you can choose what is closest to you – to have fun in the crowd or get lost alone on the white sand near the water. The South Shore is an amazing variation of different cultures! The fact is that the territory is divided between colossal different villages, where the air is saturated with history. For example, in Suffolk County, there are still homesteads of families from the Vanderbilts, Havemeyers and Bournes to the Gardiners, Bayard-Cutting, and many others.

The chic restaurants with a rich atmosphere are sure to be suitable for your dream event. If you are a lover of delicatessen, then you need to visit here! For example, a place like The Lake House with amazing suckling pig, lobster roll and great wines. There are also several popular places on the South Bank, including Tula Kitchen and Goccia D’Oro Restaurant, with their sophisticated cuisine.
